We help neighbours resolve their concerns and disagreements with each other or with builders. We do this through mediation, services related to The Party Wall Act, offering Sound Proofing and helping them to communicate effectively through advocacy support.

At minimum we aim to achieve mutual contentment.
Hence we must be steadfast in our independence, integrity and neutrality. We prefer to facilitate rather than dictate. We insist that people communicate confidentially and in good faith so they can assert control over their circumstances, make decisions collaboratively, resolve disagreements and plan for the future.
